The gorgeous ex-Matron of the Playboy Mansion scored a TKO with her black dress, and didn't have to do much more than just smile and pose at the December 30th event. Holly, whose appearances on the 1st season of THE HEYMAN HUSTLE were the most popular two episodes of the video series, has been a longtime UFC fan, even appearing as a celebrity Octagon Girl for UFC 100.
