One of the wildest new Internet Video Stars of 2009 was the cantankerous star of "The Angry Grandpa" digital series, which that ended up being a major highlight of clip shows like "MTV: Pranked" and Tru-Tv's "Most Daring" and "Most Daring: Top 20." The hostile patriarch of the ... um ... "Angry" Family (??? We don't know his real name, just ... well ... that's he an "Angry Grandpa") turned his ornery disposition into a web series, complete with blooper reels and fan clubs.
"We got such an amazing response when NO THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS FOR ANGRY GRANDPA aired exclusively on THE HEYMAN HUSTLE," wrote one of Angry Grandpa's nephews, who identifies himself as Junior (more on that in a moment, I promise), and when Grandpa tried to soften his image with a nice holiday season greeting, everything went straight to hell! Grandpa's so mad, he wants to burn the footage! So we Hustled the footage over to you right away!"
When told the person who made these comments was named "Junior," our own Hustler de Tuti Hustler Paul Heyman asked today "What is this, Hee Haw circa 1977? Where oh where are you tonight..."
