THE HEYMAN HUSTLE caught up with the New York institution (not "institutionalized" ... at least not yet) last year during a brutal ice and snow storm that practically shut down New York City.
"It was just one of those magical moments," Mitchell said in today's meeting, "our shoot with the Jackass crew went awry, and we were headed to the park to shoot with Dawn Marie when we saw our friend The Naked Cowboy strummin' in Times Square. Two minutes later, he was opening up to us about his life in a way he never did with anyone else... ever!"
