The Hollywood real estate guides have been having quite a bit of fun at the expense of actress/model Estella Warren. The drop-dead-gorgeous beauty bought a house in Beverly Hills four years ago for $1.78 million.
The native of Petersborough, Ontatio had put the 1959-built home on the market a year ago for $1.95 million, but according to real estate records, she lowered the asking price last month to just under $1.8 million. She's been renting out the house for $6,500 a month while the house is on the market.
Hmmmmm. I wonder if she'd consider a full time roommate. I mean, she can always say "no," right?
